  This bank is horrible ... I haven't been happy with Santander in quite some time and I have been a customer since I was about 12 years old. I am 36 now ... but especially this branch is horrible. I have many stories, but let me just use the one from this morning September 19, 2016. My wife went to drop our business deposit off - she put it through the drive thru and just a few minutes later the teller came back and said a check was missing. After several hours of routing through maggot riddled trash with my very upset wife - we decided to call the bank and ask them to look around one more time. Sure enough they called back in a few minutes and said they found the check and that it has slipped in an area they couldn't see. Hey - I make mistakes all the time - so hey - I can't say too much about that. But after explaining our ordeal - they just laughed and never once did they apologize ... that is where I have a problem. If my company would have made mistake like this - I would have at least ran down the block to get a Dunkin Donuts gift card to make right the wrong. I am just tired of their poor customer service ... I think we may move on - but don't waste your time with Santander. Try another bank ...
